My LG dryer was running but not drying much of anything, and it had started making this rough thumping noise every cycle. Not great. The tech showed up on time, got right to it, and checked the vent, drum rollers, and heating parts without dragging things out. He explained the problem in normal words, which I appreciated. Turned out the dryer had a bad heating element and a worn roller starting to go. He had the parts ready and finished the Dryer repair visit the same day. What I liked most was how straightforward everything felt. No weird upsell, no trying to make it sound bigger than it was. Just honest service and solid work. After the repair, the dryer heated properly again and the noise was gone. We’ve done a few loads since then and it’s working like it should. If you’re in Deerfield and looking for Dryer repair, Northshore Appliance Repair is worth calling. They were professional, respectful in the house, and clearly knew what they were doing with LG appliances. Good communication too, from booking to arrival window. I don’t write many reviews, but this one felt earned. I’d use Northshore Appliance Repair again for Dryer repair without much thought.
